APPLICATION:
Separation of granular materials with different electrical conductivity.
Ores of non-ferrous and rare metals: titanium-zirconium, tin-tungsten, columbite-tantalite.
Non-metallic materials: garnet, quartz sand, pegmatite, feldspar, etc. Ores of precious metals (Au, Ag).
DESIGN FEATURES:
Depending on the conductive properties of the materials to be separated, separators can be manufactured with triboelectric (TPC) or corona precharge (CEC). Production with a drum collecting electrode, lamellar or chamber separators is possible. Use unipolar or bipolar power supplies.
BENEFITS OF USING:
- Low maintenance, repair and spare parts costs;
- Sustainable technological performance;
- Low power consumption;
